After graduating from Ball State University where I majored in Telecommunications, I moved to New York City where I was the first employee hired by a startup video podcasting company. I created over 40 unique shows, ranging from cooking to dance and everywhere in between. New York City was my playground, where I added both design and photography to my skillset before moving back to Indiana.

Once back home, I started my own freelance media firm while also maintaining full-time jobs as a graphic designer, slowly building my skillset and adding responsibility over the years. Most recently, I have been serving as the Creative Director for the Indiana Department of Homeland Security. I design all marketing materials and am in charge of maintaining brand consistency. I also photograph training exercises and all company events, and I produce videos highlighting various IDHS capabilities.
